MPN Software Systems was founded in 1985 by a husband & wife team in New Jersey. She was a 1982 New York Chiropractic College graduate who had outgrown her first office and was treating several hundred patients weekly. Her new husband was a graduate student in Computer Science. By the turn of the century, Karen was running a large multi-disciplinary practice. And ECLIPSE® was in use at thousands of locations in all 50 states. Always a leader. In the 1980′s, MPN created the “zero-in” user interface & invented case management. In the 1990′s, MPN was first to integrate SOAP & billing… and introduced the very first Windows software for healthcare providers. When HIPAA became law, MPN was first to integrate mandated formats and became a testing partner for BC/BS. And in 2013, MPN added Real Time Data Flow to eliminate competition for a patient’s chart within an office environment. On April 5th, 2014, The Board of Trustees of The American College of Chiropractors inducted Mike & Karen as Fellows at a ceremony in Seneca Falls, NY. These honorary degrees recognize their decades long contributions to the chiropractic profession via a wide ranging series of software innovations along with their ongoing roles in an educational and advisory capacity to chiropractors across the United States. Today, ECLIPSE -- which was one of the 1st chiropractic products certified for Meaningful Use in 2011 -- is used by over 7,000 Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, and Medical practices across the United States. Practices range from single practitioner to multidisciplinary, multi-site practices with dozens of providers and 200+ networked computers that bill millions in revenue monthly.
