From Wall Street to Storefronts
Our CEO, Kal Gullapalli, spent seven years on Wall Street before discovering his passion for franchising in 2016, starting with Orangetheory Fitness. In a strategic pivot, he sold that business and turned around underperforming wellness and spa brands before diving into foodservice. By 2023, Kal had become the second-largest Marco’s Pizza franchisee, operating 51 locations and earning the International Franchise Association’s Franchisee of the Year award  .

Kal’s approach isn’t just about rapid growth, it’s also about building strong teams and infrastructure: training coaches, operational experts, and support layers that elevate every guest experience . He leads guided by principles learned early—from a first pizza job at Little Caesars at age 17 to immigrant parents who taught him that hard work opens doors .
