Mr Bartender & The Crew

Headed by Fay, we are a bunch of alternate people learning a skill that we can carry with us anywhere in the world, with a view to teach other people. Mr. Bartender (Fay has worked in many bars like Buger Factory, Project Cafe, Woodside Inn and set up a couple of them like Hammer and Song, Au Reverie etc before working with Celebrity Chefs, Indian Spirits, Pop Ups. After traveling and living in Goa post Covid, he suggested to Daria & Suman to learn and from there they will be starting a bartending academy with a cause. We teach Women, LGBTQAI from all sections of society with work. Inspired by experience and people like Elini Bock, Jason Fyu, Charity Johnson, Fay started this project. And because of a small stint with Chef Chinu, reached Goa, where he did this in the middle of the pandemic, when only Goa was on. After traveling and living in Goa post Covid, he suggested to a few buddies to learn and from there they will be starting a bartending academy with a cause. We teach Women, LGBTQAI from all sections of society with work.
