MRD HRC assists with optimising the management of human resources, developing, maintaining and growing people solutions and projects through engagement, planning, implementation and delivery. We work with various external expert associates in order to maximise our key talent search function.
MRD HRC is a comprehensive, integrated HR consultancy. We are a group of HR professionals that provide affordable, quality HR generalist services. We are 60% BBBEE-owned and have a Level 3 BBBEE rating.
Our management team consists of three highly qualified professionals who have over 60 years’ Human Resources (HR) experience between them, predominantly in the fields of private education, medical and retail sectors for organisations including ADvTECH Independent Institute of Education, Schools Division working with Schools like CrawfordSchools™ Trinityhouse, Abbotts College, Centurus Colleges, Pinnacle Colleges; CNA Limited; Truworths; and Life Healthcare amongst others.
Our professional staff qualifications include a Master’s of Commerce degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology (IOP), Bachelor of Commerce degrees in Human Resources Management and diplomas in Retail Business Management.
We also regularly engage with multiple external HR stakeholders to ensure that we remain relevant in our field. In addition, we have strong working relationships with reputable recruitment resources so as to be able to maximise the talent pool from which we recruit.
