Mridaya I.T. Services, founded by Bengali entrepreneur in September 2017, with a focus to educate rural based young talents in IT and can employ them inhouse and to other clients. Our service areas- 1. Software Development - We use a proven methodology to consistently produce application development solutions for our clients. Our methodology is founded on principles of the agile based development. We follow 5D methodology as DEFINE, DESIGN, DEVELOP, DEBUG and DEPLOY. We work on website design, web & desktop application and mobile application. Recruitment and Staffing - We provide talents to various IT companies across India for fulfilling their project needs. We do our initial screening and validation with these talents before they being shortlisted from the client. We follow 4S methodology for this as SCREENING, SOURCING, SELECTION and SUPPORT. 3. Education & Training - We do provide IT education and in-person training to rural based young talents on various IT skill sets and, in future can build their own identity with handsome wages by hiring inhouse and sourcing to various clients based on project requirement.
