The MRI Group, LLP, a joint venture between Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health and Lancaster Radiology Associates, is Lancaster County's leading MRI provider. We offer the convenience of seven locations - including two facilities that offer "open wide bore" MRI that can handle up to 550 pounds, and a facility with an "open high-field" MRI that allows a 270° unobstructed view. All exams are read locally by Lancaster Radiology Associates.
