Our Principal, Dr. Jeffrey Mrizek is the former Dean of Workforce and Economic Development at the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office where he oversaw a regional portfolio of over $100M in career education/workforce grants and contracts including the Perkins V and Nursing programs. He is an expert in educational leadership, competency-based career pathways and convening public-private partnerships.
His dissertation was focused on the labor gaps in civil service careers which fostered; Innovative Pathways to Public Service, a regional collective impact initiative. Dr. Mrizek is a S.D. Bechtel, Jr. Fellow, teaching professor, published author, international public speaker, and founder of Global Urban Nomads; a non-profit incubator of transformational leaders and social entrepreneurs.
