In July 2013, Jay Jackson was promoted to MSgt in the U.S. Air Force. He loved his job, the veterans he worked with, and his mentors told him he was on track to make Chief. Then, one day he was arrested, court-martialed and faced up to 10 years in prison. However, he was found not guilty and never went to jail. But he was honorably discharged under the 2014 Force Reduction Program. Jay started his company so no one could have control over his life, again. And his mission is to help veterans transition successfully to civilian life. Gaining clients was slow in the beginning. But Jay was happy because he was making a difference. Jay then invested in his business to learn how to turn his military skills into money and business grew. Jay now teaches veterans how to thrive after separation or retirement.
