MRO City is a visionary project in development that will reimagine what an aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) facility can be — not only as an industrial powerhouse, but as a catalyst for economic equity and sustainable community development.
Our goal is to establish a state-of-the-art MRO hub that provides high-skill, high-wage careers in aircraft maintenance, while investing directly in the people and communities that have historically been overlooked. From workforce training and STEM education pipelines to partnerships with Title I schools, HBCUs, and community centers, MRO City will empower a new generation of technicians, engineers, and entrepreneurs.
At its core, MRO City will be built as an employee-owned (ESOP) company — ensuring that the very people who keep aircraft in the sky will have a real stake in the success they create. Surrounding the MRO, we plan to develop a modern, purpose-driven company town with affordable housing, small business opportunities, and infrastructure that supports long-term community growth.
By bridging global aviation needs with local opportunity, MRO City aims to build more than aircraft support — we aim to build generational wealth, restore dignity through work, and inspire a model for inclusive industry across the U.S.
