M.S. in Ethics & Organizational Behavior with Graduate Certificate in Leadership Studies

The M.S. in Ethics & Organizational Behavior program at Palm Beach Atlantic University is an interdisciplinary and research-oriented master’s program that empowers students to be critical thinkers who can engage, understand, and solve morally problematic and challenging issues within the global society in which we live. This master’s program includes a Certificate of Graduate Studies in Leadership and provides students with the support of quality research faculty that will assist in developing an individualized line of research. The culminating event in our program is the Research Capstone project or thesis, which is intended to prepare students for new and exciting research opportunities, whether that be the pursuit of a PhD, excelling as an executive leader, or advancing your professional career.
