MS Ventures specialises in investments in the plastics industry, particularly foam production, and in the real estate sector. Our aim is to sustainably develop investments in these sectors and strengthen them through targeted strategic partnerships.
In addition to financial investments, we actively support our companies – often from the start-up phase onwards – and provide them with operational support. We attach particular importance to long-term and trusting co-operation.
MS Ventures is currently involved in seven companies, primarily in the plastics industry. We are not only financially engaged in most of them, but are also active as co-founders. We emphasise our operational and strategic approach and our long-term commitment by acquiring stakes of at least 25% and taking on management tasks.
In the property sector, our investments cover industrial properties, commercial properties and apartment blocks. In addition to managing these properties, we emphasise their further development and sustainable value creation.
