We focus our service offerings around the SME arena and have many clients covering many industries such as Automotive to Floristry and Manufacturing to Civil Engineering where we liaise with all our clients on a regular basis to resolve problems or review new upgrades and new installs
We are very hands on and engage on all levels from technically advanced clients to those who know their stuff but not ours, we always wish to enrich and not intimidate our clients. We prefer to be involved from an early stage with a new project but we have experience in taking over a project on request if its over budget or going to be late. Ideally, we implement a managed support contract where we charge a monthly fee to administer and maintain your systems from resolving niggling issues and introducing new systems when required.
