MSA Accounting Ltd provides asset managers with results driven and cost efficient Accounting, Finance Director, Modelling and Company Secretarial services under Managed Service Agreements for renewables infrastructure companies, high tech, start up, Infra PFI's and ethical investors. We offer support to both external O&M's ad well as that provided by our own group company Amberside Energy Ltd. The Directors have and are helping clients successfully scale to both their first £m, and then upwards to their first £bn with equal vigour. Institutional investors rely on us to: achieve step improvements in SPV’s financial and operational performance; to overhaul systems and financial records prior to moving to national scale or as a due diligence exercise prior to a change of ownership. MSA Accounting Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Amberside Accounting Ltd.
