*We are currently hiring for OTs, PTs, SLPs, Special Education Teachers, Creative Arts Supervisor, Speech Supervisor, Physical Therapy Supervisor, and Senior Social Worker.* At Manhattan Star Academy, we are committed to offering a nurturing environment that promotes independence, social and emotional development and academic achievement. Our goal is to provide individualized curriculum for students who have a broad range of learning styles and developmental needs. We offer a number of services, including occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech and language, prompt trained speech therapists, art and music therapy, adaptive physical education and yoga. With the help of smart boards, iPads and robots, we gather metrics on each student’s progress to ensure a more detailed assessment of needs and how to address them.
