The company was founded in 1976 as a Structural Engineering Consulting firm by Mr. Midhat Siddiqui, a senior structural engineer with a master’s degree from the University of Minnesota, and pioneered work in coastal structures and highway design in Pakistan. The company later began Design-Build projects for bridges. In 1994, it was incorporated in Gilgit, where it built almost 35 prestressed concrete bridges covering nearly every major river in Gilgit-Baltistan by the year 2010 on a ‘turnkey’ basis.
Mr. Emaduddin Ahmed, a structural engineer with a master’s degree from the University of Oklahoma, overtook as the managing director of the company in the year 2000 after the demise of its founder. In 2008, the company became involved in CFS construction as well, winning a World Bank funded project comprising 56 schools in AJ&K. In 2017, the company acquired its own integrated CFS design and fabrication system and has been successfully delivering world class structures on design-build basis to innumerable satisfied, repeat-clients all over Pakistan.
