MSCA SE CardioSCOPE

The EU-funded CardioSCOPE project will bring together experts from academia and companies to exchange and expand expertise on interdisciplinary approaches in cardiovascular diseases through a comprehensive multiomic approach. The project targets the discovery of novel pathological players to provide further knowledge into ACS development and progression toward MACE. CardioSCOPE will use well-defined prospective cohorts to discover and validate novel genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, and metabolomic signatures and use an ML and AI strategy to deliver more accurate diagnosis and prediction. The project will also train scientists competent for the upcoming ‘omics’ era.
