MSIM Limited, incorporated in 2008, is an independently-owned offshore Management Company (MC), licenced by the Mauritius Financial Services Commission (FSC) (http://www.gov.mu/portal/sites/ncb/fsc/index.html) to set up, manage and provide nominee and other services to a corporation (which carries on or intends to carry on any qualified global business and such class of corporation as may be prescribed) or act as corporate trustee or qualified trustee under the Trusts Act. As we are relationship rather than transaction driven, we ensure a high degree of senior Director involvement in all aspects of our client relationships.
