MSINGI was established in 2007 in Cape Town and provides professional Project Management and Cost Monitoring & Control services, primarily in the built environment. Our name is derived from the Swahili word “msingi” meaning “to bring together”. Over the last 15 years, we have successfully managed the development of a diverse range of projects including retail property, commercial property, public sector health infrastructure and educational institution facilities. We offer continuous support to our industry partners with our services and foster relationships based on principals of trust, excellence and sustainability. We remain in step with the needs of our partners and environment by staying true to our values. As of 2022 our team is led by Thys Botha, who is one of the founding members of MSINGI and Wolfram Klingenberg. Our head office is in Paarl, Western Cape providing a base to service the greater Western Cape area.
