About MSME Chambers South Africa
The MSME CHAMBERS SOUTH AFRICA is an independent, non-political, non-racial, non-sexist, subscription-based, business organization that believes in Africa’s future and shares the values set out in the South African Constitution, the African Union Agenda 2063 Aspirations, and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to create an MSME Development Ecosystem that provides access to markets, financial inclusion, and socio-economic opportunities to African Entrepreneurs, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), cooperatives and startups. MSME Chambers South Africa is committed to playing its part in creating an entrepreneurial and enterprising South Africa and Africa for increased prosperity for all; eradicating poverty, unemployment, and inequality by harnessing the resources and capabilities of business in partnership with government and civil society to deliver economic growth, transformation and inclusion. Our Vision Is for every African MSME and Entrepreneur to Access Markets, Finance, and Support, enabling them to eradicate unemployment, inequality, and poverty in Africa. Our Mission Provide African MSMEs, Cooperatives and Startups with access to markets, finance and support. Vision 2030 MSME Chambers South Africa commits itself to supporting 1 million MSMEs, Startups, and Entrepreneurs to access markets, finance, and support to grow their enterprises and create a minimum of 9 million jobs by 2030. It represents a bold vision for this decade of empowering micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and startups to drive economic transformation, social progress, and innovation. This vision is built upon five key pillars: Transformed Society, Transformed Economy, Transformed Ecosystem, Transformed Diplomacy, and Transformed Sustainability. Each transformation pillar reflects our commitment to address South Africa’s triple challenges of unemployment, inequality, and poverty to achieve sustainable development, inclusivity, and prosperity.
