Medical Students' Paediatrics Association

Founded in 2020, MSPA is an organisation of like-minded individuals from HKU and CUHK with a simple aim to expose medical students to the countless opportunities in paediatrics. The opening of the Hong Kong Children’s Hospital (HKCH) allows us an opportunity to form a fundamental bridge between the hospital and the 2 medical schools in Hong Kong. With the generous support of the Hong Kong College of Paediatricians, we strive to provide a platform for medical students to get involved in the children’s community. At MSPA, we feel mandated to promote awareness of health care and disease prevention in children through holding activities and events, maintain a network of connections and collaborations between the College of Paediatricians and both medical schools, expose students to different specialties in paediatrics, as well as to cultivate students’ interest and compassion in medically-related paediatric services.
