ISO 9001 : 2015 MSR has a proven and established quality management system that is in conformance with the International Quality Systems Standard ISO 9001:2015 CWB CERTIFIED WELDERS: MSR welders are CWB certified to CSA standard W47.1 Div 3 and undergo regular training and annual re-certification inspections specific to railroad repair and rail parts overhaul.
