Members of our staff are available to help students, faculty and staff with a wide variety of information technology issues, including technical support for campus phone, Internet and cable TV services, computer problems, equipment repair and maintenance and more. We also manage the MyMoreheadState portal for students, faculty and employees of the University.
Morehead State University offers a wide variety of technological solutions to our students, faculty and staff. There are multiple computer labs (both Windows and Mac) and free Wi-Fi across campus. Auxiliary Services has set up mobile device charging stations and Disability Services provides students with assistive technology such as large-format keyboards and screen reading software.
The Customer Service Center at 111 Ginger Hall is MSU’s one-stop, walk-in location for those who need help with technology issues. You can also call 783-HELP (4357) if you need technology assistance. The center and the helpline are staffed during normal University operating hours.
