The Terry Family’s passion for ranching, cattle operations, land cultivation and development along with their love of the outdoors and conservation led them to invest in MT7 Ranch in 2008. Restoring and reviving a habitat that had been overlooked for decades, the Terrys recognized the value it held for wildlife, cattle, agribusiness and its investment potential for their family. As the Ranch transformed and flourished, it became a shining example of the beauty of North Texas. Ensuring the Ranch remains ecologically sustainable and economically enriched, the Terrys are focused on value creation through avenues including the MT7 Cattle Company, oil and gas development, stewardship and land appreciation.
