MTCS Solutions was founded by two colleagues who was faced with retrenchment, we both took the voluntary retrenchment and started MTCS. Myself and Chad combined have about 26 years experience in the draughting world. I have had the opportunity to also manage a drawing office for three years and Chad managed the drawing office for a year when I moved to sales within the same company, before we where retrenched. We love helping clients solve their problems and helping them with our experience. We also place draughtsman where clients request it. We make sure we place only the best quality draughtsman and we also back them with our knowledge, which a recruiter cant do. We have knowledge and experience in most of the draughting disciplines, but also agree that we will never stop learning. We also offer reasonable rates for our quality services. We are also able to assist clients in the architectural field, new designs, new additions or as build drawings. With the new Spluma law this will become very relevant for property buyers and sellers. We have also been fortunate enough to come across opportunities to expand our service offerings: We now also provide Drone services (Chad is a licensed drone pilot). We have also bought formulas to manufacture high quality coating systems, for example waterproofing, fire proofing, roof coatings, ceiling coatings.
