Malaysian Technology Development Corporation Sdn. Bhd. [199201004292 (235796-U)] MTDC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Khazanah Nasional Berhad and has been the key player in commercialisation and management of government funding since the 7th Malaysia Plan. MTDC was established in 1992 to promote the adoption of technologies by local companies via commercialisation of local R&D or acquisition of foreign technologies. More recently, to accommodate the rapid growth and increased needs of the tech industry in Malaysia, the mandate of MTDC has been expanded to nurturing, handholding and expediting the growth of technology-based Malaysian companies through the following integrated services: 1.
