MTH Studio is a pioneering creative studio founded by Peabody-nominated and Emmy award-winning director Michaela A. Ternasky-Holland. At the forefront of storytelling and innovation, MTH Studio specializes in creating impactful narratives through traditional mediums and immersive and interactive technologies, including virtual reality (VR) and artificial intelligence (AI). The studio is dedicated to crafting purpose-driven content that come from an authentic place - with themes that don’t shy away from tales of loss and grief; connection to the past (whether it be through history, mythology, or tradition); and - in spite of everything - hope and acceptance. Leveraging Michaela’s recognized expertise and thought leadership in social impact, the studio also consults and crafts purpose-driven content that address critical global issues, such as the threat of nuclear weapons and indigenous subsistence cycles. Michaela’s previous work has been showcased at leading festivals and institutions such as Tribeca Festival, Venice International Film Festival, SXSW, Onassis ONX, New York Public Library, Nobel Peace Center, United Nations, and the Museum of the Moving Image.
