My training style has a purpose: to inspire guest-facing hospitality members to go out there and shock the people they are serving with amazing human skills. My style is Bold. I don't shy away from addressing the "elephant in the room". I know exactly when to add a good dose of Wit. And I personally Care about the people that I've been entrusted to train. With the guest-facing members, my objective is to increase the levels of assertiveness that they didn't know they could have. With junior and senior leaders, my objective is to unleash their caring powers through emotional relationship building. New research shows that job seekers are prioritizing human skills at a time when machine learning and artificial intelligence are having an increasing influence on work. Human skills are proving critical to personal and organizational success, and workers are motivated to sharpen and develop those skills to stay competitive and advance their careers. These are the things that my training sets out to do: Putting the human touch back at the heart of hospitality and service.
