Moving the Needle

Moving the Needle™️ is a peer-led community of executive women leaders who are taking social and environmental action. We come together to share knowledge, networks, and support—so we can move the needle in our companies and communities and create collective impact. Join us to meet other women leaders across sectors (for-profit, nonprofit and public), support each other, and take action together. In 2020, Moving the Needle was started as a member-led group inside of Chief, the private women's network. In 2023, we expanded into a standalone organization to make Moving the Needle accessible to all women leaders, financially sustainable, and even more impactful.
