Michael Sullivan founded MTS Advisory in 2017 to serve as an Independent Director and advisor to companies, lenders and owners of troubled assets. Michael has spent his career working with distressed and underperforming companies. His early work as an investment banker advising companies and creditors in financial restructurings followed by his extensive experience as a distressed debt investor makes him the perfect partner to owners, financial sponsors and lenders. He brings an investor’s perspective, working closely with management teams and their advisors to guide a company through a restructuring process with a focus on achieving successful, value-maximizing outcomes for all stakeholders.
