MTX Industrial & Interaction Design Studio, established in November 2020, focuses on participating in various international design competitions. The studio is affiliated with the SCUT Industrial Design Association and is primarily composed of students from Industrial Design and Interaction Design departments of SCUT's School of Design. It is independently managed and operated by students. Since 2020, studio has accumulated more than 77 design awards, including well-known awards such as Red Dot, A 'Design, K-DESIGN, European Product Design, G-Cross, and NCDA. Studio members are now spread across prestigious universities and companies, including Imperial College, Tsinghua, NUS, UCL, NYU, UW, UoE, HKU, UAL, Polimi, SJTU, Tongji, Tencent, ByteDance, Alibaba, NetEase, DJI, Vivo, etc.
