Much More Coaching is founded by Marc Miller who makes it his purpose to help you be more, give more and experience more. Marc is an internationally certified coach with 10 years of professional experience and over 400 hours of coaching to date. Marc speaks and coaches from his own past dealing with suicidal ideation and depressions. He uses his past as his power to be an impactful coach. Marc designs his own coaching programs based on cognitive behavioral therapy and self-determination theory. The strategies and tools include: - Having/ increasing awareness of your mental state (How are you doing, really?) - Building resilience against overwhelming emotions and negative thoughts (Are you making decisions on how you feel? Do you keep questioning yourself? Are you thinking yourself out of opportunities?) - Facing your biases and inherent attitudes, training your mind to work for you and not against you; to focus on things that can change your behaviours and habits accordingly (Do you have persistent self-limiting beliefs?
