Marc speaks and coaches from his own past dealing with suicidal ideation and depressions. He uses his past as his power to be an impactful coach. Marc designs his own coaching programs based on cognitive behavioral therapy and self-determination theory. - Facing your biases and inherent attitudes, training your mind to work for you and not against you; to focus on things that can change your behaviours and habits accordingly (Do you have persistent self-limiting beliefs? What are they?)
