The Muda®Gym Academy is your trainer on the indoor rowing machine. We bring technique, variation, endurance and strength training to the awareness of trainers and make the rowing machine a more challenging, tempting and approachable device for everyone. The goal of the Muda®Gym Academy is to allow (personal) trainers to provide full-body workouts that are achievable by anyone. So whether you teach workouts at traditional gyms, Boutique gyms or Crossfit gyms, anyone can learn to row well. The course brings quality combining endurance and strength training. Client focus, attention to technique and, of course, fun are the crucial factors for success. We are Vincent and Tycho Muda, owners of Muda®Gym (2017). At a young age, we began our unintended rowing career. As our ambitions to row competitive grew, so did our dreams of participating in the Olympics. After thousands of miles of rowing, hundreds of hours of strength training and countless rowing competitions, we earned our first bronze medal at the World Championships. Our knowledge, experience and eagerness to continually learn are the foundation and the formula for your success.
