The Muddy Fund gathers private opportunities to invest in highly competitive deals. We operate remote-first yet have physical presence in Boston, Miami and Madrid (Spain).
Founded by MIT entrepreneurs and operators we entertain the idea of an VC institution that emulates the spirit of our beloved Muddy Charles Pub. We believe changing the world require founders to get muddy, but that must be fun too.
We invest in pre-seed and seed stage companies with a focus on SaaS, marketplaces and D2C businesses. We will typically invest checks between $50k and $150k.
Our community of investors are welcome to get involved with our portfolio. We encourage founders to share ask requests with us to tap on our vast network of investors.
We enjoy being one of the earliest checks in companies and spend time understanding the product and mission of the company. We can help founders complete the round by providing introductions to other investors.
