Welcome to Muffin Sisters on Linkedin! We offer a beautiful assortment of handcrafted clothes, accessories and home décor items that are created from beautifully vibrant African fabrics. Our items are created to enhance your home and wardrobe, giving it the makeover it deserves. We’ve always had a passion for crafting and especially love sewing. We began sewing clothes and accessories for myself and soon began gifting my creations to friends and family. It was their amazing encouragement that inspired me to open this Etsy Shop and finally share my creations with the world. We love challenging myself each and every day to learn new skills to enhance my art and my business. We’re absolutely in awe that what started out as a hobby has blossomed into a beautiful career. We specialize in beautiful African fabrics and I love mixing these eclectic designs to create a one of a kind creation for my customers. We are inspired by the bursts of colour and unique designs available in these incredible fabrics. Two years ago, We visited my family for the first time in Africa and instantly fell in love with the incredible wax Ankara fabric. This fabric creates so much more than a fashion accessory, it creates a work of art that is meant to inspire and uplift! Our family history gives me a rich background in a variety of cultures. We grew up in Poland but my father was born in Africa (Mali) and my mum is Polish. We ware surrounded by two incredible cultures and there was always African fabric, clothes, music and food in my house. Our unique upbringing has helped me gain appreciation and admiration for the diverse cultures of this world! In my free time, we love to travel and soak up the rich cultures of the countries we visit. Each culture is unique and therefore we learn something new with every travelling adventure.
