MUGENUNI is a land based aquaculture venture that produces high quality Shirahige sea urchins for the export and Australian domestic market. Our urchins are grown in a 100% land based aquaculture operation with no wild-catch component. We spawn our own urchin larvae and grow these to mature product using proprietary technology.
