Mulay Polymers Pvt Ltd is an IATF 16949:2016 company, manufacturing plastic injection moulded components since 30+ years, supplying to Piaggio Vehicles, Bajaj Auto, Exide Industries, Mahindra and Mahindra, Tata Autocomp systems amongst others. We manufacture externally visible, high finish, aesthetic automobile components and high performance parts used in critical applications like engines, gear systems and batteries. We have developed 300 + critical moulds having complex part geometry and mould design by engaging closely with our customers. We have 2 manufacturing plants at Pune having injection moulding machines ranging from 80T - 1000T of various makes like Ferromatic Milacron, PASL, L&T amongst others. We manufacture a variety of components of chassis, engines, steering columns, mirror systems, gear systems, brake systems and batteries. We process all thermoplastic materials like PE, Nylon, ABS, Polyacetal, PP & PVC with product sizes ranging from 2gm-2Kg. We are able to offer added value to customers through ultrasonic welding, punching, HTL printing, Traub machine inserts development and small assemblies. We have developed good skill of handling highly critical moulds to produce high performance parts.
