Mulcrone Search Group is made up of former Human Resources professionals with experience from organizations as diverse as General Electric/GE Capital, Cigna, Saint-Gobain/Certainteed, Quaker/PepsiCo, Exelon and Merck. Our educational backgrounds include Michigan State (ILR) and Texas A&M (HRM). We had our first career in Human Resources leadership roles performing, leading and supporting the positions we recruit for. We conduct retained searches across all business disciplines from Fortune 500 to Mid-market to Private Equity. We are well known throughout the HR and Business community, and candidates and referral sources respond favorably to our calls. As a boutique firm, we are far less encumbered by the “hands-off” requirements that characterize our larger and industry specific competitors. We have experience working with some of the largest companies in the world as well as small entrepreneurship and private equity backed organizations; and have successfully performed searches that range from CHROs and VP-level Generalists through Human Resources functional leadership roles to numerous Operations/Staff positions. Many have also utilized our services to build out Human Resources talent at the Regional, Field and Fast Track organizational levels.
