Multicultural Care provides culturally tailored aged and disability in home support services to enable individuals to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible. Our organisation is a not-for-profit community organisation that has been meeting the needs of Sydney’s elderly and people living with disabilities for over 30 years. We are a registered NDIS provider funded by the Australian Government Department of Health to provide in home-care support for people with disability and the elderly to empower these individuals to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible.
Our in-home care services are 100% culturally-tailored and delivered by a committed, passionate and qualified team. Multicultural Care is able to support individuals and families requiring all levels of support at home or in the community. Our bilingual support staff and administrative team speak over 20 languages.
Our mission is to empower and enable our clients to continue to live independent, fulfilling lives in their own homes for as long as possible.
