Multiple Solutions

Multiple Solutions is the employment services division of the Multiple Sclerosis Society of SA and NT, which helps people with an injury, illness or disability to find and keep a job. Whether you are living with a neurological condition, physical limitations, or mental health issues our employment coordinators will work with you and for you to help you to realise your potential and fulfil your career goals. We will help you to become job ready by providing career planning support to help you work towards suitable, long term, sustainable employment. Each person’s goals and needs are different, so our experienced staff offer flexible, individualised support. Our employment coordinators will work with you to address any employment barriers, and provide resume development and interview training as you head into your job search. You will have access to relevant training, work experience, and placements for skills development. Our goal is to assist you to become independent in your employment, with our post placement and ongoing support programs. We will assist you with any workplace modifications, including occupational therapy assessments and sourcing specialised equipment. We will also provide disability awareness training for supervisors and colleagues, and on the job vocational training for a smooth transition into employment. Work Assist Multiple Solutions also offer the Workplace Solutions Work Assist program which supports those living with an injury, illness or disability who are already employed, to sustain their current employment.
