Multiplex Clinical Diagnostics has both a consulting and product focus. The consulting includes strategy development and tactical implementation in biotech/life sciences in general and multiplexed assays in particular. Because of my extensive experience in launching new products from zero dollar sales as well as building and manageing sales teams I can help an organization by simultaenously performing one or more of the following jobs including marketing, sales management and start-up selling. The strategic part of the consulting focus includes traditional strategic planning with a focus on Segmentation, Objectives and Scenario planning. I have excellent contacts in many strategically critical areas including regulatory, reimbursement, quality assurance and IP. My product focus is on 5 micron resolution microarray scanners which are slowly evolving into the proteomic LDT and IVD market segment.
