Mumgry® is a new plant-based snack company that takes the guesswork out of snacking. Our snacks are inclusive and don't segregate expecting Mums, instead we put their nutritional needs first. Last year while grocery shopping pregnant and hungry I realized that there were no snacks that considered the dietary restrictions and nutritional needs of Mums. I grew tired of deciphering and Googling what snacks were good or bad for me. Out of sheer frustration I started snack prepping using only ingredients that supported the growth of me and my baby. After giving birth I still needed energizing snacks to keep up with my little one. At 3 weeks postpartum Mumgry was born! Our snacks are handcrafted, ethically sourced, naturally nutritious and beautifully designed to share with your friends and family. All snacks are plant-based, low in sugar, high in protein, iron and calcium.
