We want to ensure healthy lives and promote well-being by organizing events like self-defense classes, talks on stress management, and intimate partner violence. During these activities, participants can gain confidence, strength, and knowledge. Moreover, we strive to achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls. This point is especially important because it connects and motivates us to work on this project. We believe that our talks empower young women in exploiting their identities and creating boundaries in everyday life.
