Mums All Together

At MAT we believe that Pilates classes offer benefits beyond much-needed pelvic floor muscle toning and back strengthening. They help with the unique challenges mothers face, including supporting their mental well-being. We focus on creating a supportive community where women can safely exercise and connect. Our offering: 45 minutes group Pilates classes in a convivial atmosphere, followed by 15 minutes for connecting and chatting with other mothers.
