Mumu Bath is an AAPI woman-owned, all-natural bath and body company specializing in gentle, toxic-free products. Founder Sasha Chou's personal journey began when her baby developed eczema, leading her to create natural soaps that are safe for all ages. Today, Mumu Bath offers a diverse range of products that prioritize simplicity and transparency. Drawing inspiration from Sasha's Taiwanese heritage, the brand name Mū-Mū beautifully combines the Mandarin words for "bath" and "tree." It symbolizes our commitment to celebrating natural ingredients and honoring our Taiwanese roots. We take pride in sourcing ethically grown ingredients from Taiwan, including those harvested from our founder's family-owned Oolong Tea farm. Located in the heart of New York, our vegan and sulfate-free products are meticulously handcrafted in our studio. We believe in the power of simplicity, reflected in our short ingredient lists, ensuring you know exactly what you're using on your skin.
