Muna Kalati is a social enterprise dedicated to transforming how African children learn from an early age by providing access to high-quality, locally relevant educational content. Studies show that children learn best when they see their daily experiences and values reflected in the materials they engage with. That’s why our culturally resonant content not only fosters engagement but also strengthens foundational literacy. We collaborate with African publishers and content creators to ensure children have access to diverse educational resources that support their learning and development. Our multilingual platform has a proven track record of reaching a wider audience than conventional content, ensuring that no child is left behind even beyond the shores of Ghana. Beyond offering animated stories, eBooks, and audiobooks on our mobile and web platforms, we focus on understanding the needs of the children’s media and publishing industry. Through research and insights, we help shape its future while advocating for content that reflects African children's experiences. Through workshops, webinars, and other initiatives, we bring together authors, publishers, and educators to exchange knowledge, develop skills, and collaborate on ideas that drive the growth of children's literature and development in Africa
