We are a social enterprise providing community cooking classes for families on low incomes with children, adults with learning disabilities and socially isolated adults. We help people develop the skills and confidence to cook from scratch, learn about sustainable nutrition and build a healthy relationship with food. Our food ethos is, “towards plant based,” helping people incorporate more plants and fibre in their everyday diets. We believe everyone should have access to good, healthy food. Our events catering ranges from corporate lunch buffets to wedding breakfasts and anything in between. Our personalised nutrition programmes offer tailored advice around the individual while teaching simple cooking skills and new recipes to suit that individual’s lifestyle. ALL our profits our ploughed back into our community projects.
