Mur-Tec System is designed and Engineered for low-rise residential (apartment & Condo's) and institutional (old age / nursing homes) structure. Once foundation slab is in place, prefabricated modular walls arrive on site, exterior and interior demising wall and our floor system is assembled on site, rebar and shoring completed Concrete is then placed. Modular walls and flooring are left in place and we frame the second ....to sixth floor. Roof is poured will other trades are working and roughing in lower floors. Our Mur-Tec System is unique, using modular walls & floor as forms eliminating the forming contractor. Modular walls are easily assembled using local workforce.
