Murasam

Murasam Tamil Directory began life on Nov 27, 2001 when the first edition was launched at the London Arena during Tamil National Heroes' Day. Since then it has been produced annually and each edition launched wherever Tamil National Heroes' Day events in the UK were held - London ExCel, London Arena, Wembley Arena and Alexandra Palace. Our aim has always been to foster growth in Tamil businesses here in the UK and also, thereby indirectly, help our brethren back in our Tamil homelands. Murasam is sustained always by the commitment of a bunch of individuals volunteering their time and money, not by paid employees. We all have one aim; that is to help our businesses flourish and build a self sustaining Tamil community in the UK. This will only be a source of strength for a people in our Tamil homelands.
