* MOULD & TOOLING
Mould construction is a very important part of our strategy, allowing to position ourselves as high added value partners for our customers.
We have specific settlements, experience and expertise to manufacture precision moulds, with or without hot runner, through single or double injection.
* PLASTIC INJECTION
Injection department is fully equipped with German and Italian machinery. Our plastic components are manufactured in a controlled environment ISO class7 clean room with Krauss Maffei machines.
Through single and double-injection, we use different raw materials for several applications such as ABS, ASA, HDPE, LDPE, MABS, MBS, PA12, PA6, PA66, PC, PE, PEBA, PEI, POM, PP, PS, PSU, PVC, SBC, Soft PVC, TPE and TPU.
All raw materials used comply with ISO 10993 and/or USP class VI.
* PARTS ASSEMBLY
Whether for off-the-shelf or customized components, whenever the assembly of several parts is required, we rely on dedicated automation with a strong technological component.
Our automation, developed internally or with the most reputable automation partners in the world, ensures a high production capacity and high efficiency that is also an important resource in the validations and testing of our components
