Murphy’s was founded with the aim of bringing high-quality Jamaican-style patties to lower Manhattan. Frustrated by our inability to find straight from the oven authentic Jamaican patties that are only in upper Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens, the owners partnered with a Caribbean bakery in Brooklyn to offer lower Manhattan the opportunity to enjoy the fresh flavors of Jamaica. To ensure authenticity every single patty is freshly baked in-store just like they are in Jamaica. Our half moon-shaped flaky pastries and coco bread will leave you feeling good & wanting more. We offer the best Jamaican beef, chicken, and vegan patties in lower Manhattan. During your visit pair any of our patties with our homemade lemonade or your favorite coffee.
